Motive has introduced a new 24/7 roadside assistance service to enhance driver safety and boost operational efficiency.
This service, known as Motive Roadside Assistance, works alongside the company’s First Responder program to provide rapid support, even in remote areas that are hard to access.

In partnership with Roadzen’s National Automobile Club, this feature connects commercial drivers to a network of more than 75,000 roadside assistance providers across the U.S. and Canada.
Motive customers can also benefit from discounts of up to 20%, with an additional 5% savings when using their Motive Card.

Data shows that 5-10% of NAC’s commercial vehicles require roadside support annually, with every minute of downtime increasing risks for drivers and reducing fleet productivity.
With Motive Roadside Assistance, operators can quickly access reliable help when it’s needed most, especially during high-pressure periods like the holiday season.

“Our goal is not only to prevent collisions by identifying unsafe driving behaviors but also to protect drivers and reduce risks when issues arise,” said Jai Ranganathan, chief product officer at Motive.
“Whether it’s emergency first responder support or quick roadside repairs, our safety solutions ensure drivers get back on the road as soon as possible.”
